- the DAPL pilot (schedule and truck verses rail design); Olin has
agreed to use trucks to off-load the recovered DAPL product from Jewel

rail spur, and negotiate access with the railroad.

target compounds to be sampled in the RI/FS.

Work Plan. This has been delayed since July mostly due to
discussions regarding individual compounds to be sampled. These
discussions have lead to a more comprehensive list. This will be a
very large multi-volume document and will distributed with at least
a 2 month review window.
- Olin plans to start sampling private wells
once they receive a few more approvals (so far, 5 of 24 have agreed
to allow sampling). All private wells should be done in a few
weeks. EPA's lab will collect split data for independent analysis
and Nobis will provide visual oversight of Olin.
